aVenco Online Store Return & Refund Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items

All MyParchment™ products purchased directly from our official online store (avenco.pro) are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

This applies to the following products:

  • MyParchment™ Rolls – all formats and quantities

  • MyParchment™ Pre-cut Sheets – all formats and quantities

  • MyParchment™ Mix - all formats and quantities

2. Food-Contact Product Policy

​

Due to the food-contact nature of MyParchment™ products and in accordance with our strict hygiene and safety protocols, we are unable to accept any returns under any circumstances. This includes:

  • Unopened or unused products

  • Packaging that appears intact or undamaged

  • Customer-initiated cancellations after shipment

Once a product has left our facilities, it cannot be re-entered into our inventory chain to ensure consumer protection and product integrity.

3. No Exceptions Policy

​

We understand that certain situations may arise; however, no exceptions will be made to this return and refund policy. This ensures that all customers receive uncompromised, food-safe products that meet our quality standards.

4. Order Accuracy

We encourage all customers to verify their order details carefully prior to completing checkout. If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us through our website or at contact@avenco.pro within 48 hours of delivery. Order errors will be reviewed internally and addressed at the discretion of aVenco.

5. Third-Party Purchases

We are unable to assist with any return, exchange, or refund requests for MyParchment™ products purchased from third-party retailers, distributors, or resellers. Please contact the original point of sale directly.
